Produced in the Rapin family's artisanal cheese factory, Le Maréchal is a creamy cheese infused with organic herbs. Twice a day, Jean-Michel, Grégory, Kevin, and Mathias Rapin receive the still-warm milk, delivered by 13 farms in the Broye region.
In keeping with cheese-making tradition, the milk is transformed into cheese on the very same day. The cheeses are clothed before being pressed into molds. During the ripening phase, the Rapins add a blend of organic herbs.
