Le Maréchal,
a family story

Le Maréchal, a cheese artisanally made in the Broye Vaudoise, was created in the tradition of authentic and conscientious craftsmanship.

Its name pays tribute to the great-grandfather of the Rapin Family, Émile Rapin (1852 to 1943), a farrier in Corcelles-près-Payerne. Deeply committed to his profession, with a generous heart and a rugged face, Émile embodies the values found in this cheese, both original and generous.
